This equipment is safe for both indoor and outdoor use. Please refrain from wearing shoes on provided equipment. We do politely ask all our customers to have the majority ALL balls are returned to ball pits bag before we arrive for collection, as we cannot spare the time running up and down halls, hills, lengthy gardens, customers houses, driveways etc. chasing our equipment down when we have other customers waiting. Please note, broken balls, loss of balls or discovery of food/liquid/glitter/confetti/party items inside ball pits will result in further charges for replacements, fixtures and further cleaning services.
