Things to note before you hire

1. Our terms & conditions agreement are MANDATORY. no signed T's&c's, no hire. It is the sole responsibility of the hirer to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions agreement before signing them and returning them to us upon booking.
2. ALL hires are subject to weather conditions. ANY & ALL hires can be cancelled due to unexpected weather conditions deemed unsafe for your party hire. Bump & Jump always strive to negotiate another date for your party with your chosen equipment, but refunds are not permitted.
3. All deposits are NON-refundable in any circumstances.
4. Please understand that our prices are set and are based on the level of work our employees provide on the day as well as their travelling time in between all hires and are NOT based on an HOURLY RATE of how long you wish to keep any equipment you hire for your party. Short- term parties actually cause more strain on our working day in comparison to an event lasting all day, therefore, if you only wish to keep you equipment for 2-3 hours, there will be no alteration in price, we base ourselves on professionalism and working standard.
5. While we are happy to assist through any confusion or potential complication, all bookings are on a first-come first-serve basis and all bookings MUST be made through our website online, no exceptions can be made.
6. Please be mindful that our days are very long and with most of these longs hours spent on the road, we may not alway be able to answer our phones immediately as we have to prioritise the customers at hand daily before those wishing to book for future events. please understand we receive and extremely heavy stream of incoming enquiries each day till the late hours and therefore we may not alway remember off hand who were speaking to and may not be able to use our electronic diaries while on the road as they are not hands free, so please feel free to remind us who you are and when your hire is before continuing with your enquiry. if we cannot pin point you straight away, please do not be offended or think we are any less dedicated to your hire than anyone else. Any disrespectful language, threats or violent behaviour over the phone or in person will IMMEDIATELY result in the cancellation of your booking before it has happened, or during with no refunds. Bump & Jump have zero tolerance for any sort of wrongdoing or wrongful behaviour toward any of our staff members.
