What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
Safety is our priority. Most of our bouncy castles come with fitted rain covers for light showers. However, if high winds or heavy rain are forecast, we may have to cancel for safety. In these cases, we offer a date change!
How long is a standard hire for?
Our standard garden hires are usually delivered between 7am-11am and collected between 5pm-8pm. For hall hires, we work strictly around your venue times. Just let us know your booking slots when you book online.
Are you insured and is the equipment safe?
Yes! We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Every single inflatable is RPII or PIPA tested annually, and all our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We are also proud members of the BIHA.
We Hired The Under Sea Obstacle Course For My Daughters Birthday, They Were Great. Very Professional, Great Timing, Lovely People. They Were Great With My Children and Included them In Deflating The Bouncy Castle, Overall They Were Great and Would Definitely Recommend. Not To Mention All The Children Had A Blast!
