What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
Safety is our priority. Most of our bouncy castles come with fitted rain covers for light showers. However, if high winds or heavy rain are forecast, we may have to cancel for safety. In these cases, we offer a date change!
How long is a standard hire for?
Our standard garden hires are usually delivered between 7am-11am and collected between 5pm-8pm. For hall hires, we work strictly around your venue times. Just let us know your booking slots when you book online.
Are you insured and is the equipment safe?
Yes! We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Every single inflatable is RPII or PIPA tested annually, and all our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We are also proud members of the BIHA.

Hired a castle and soft play for my daughters birthday and honestly could not be more pleased with the package or service. The castle my daughter wanted had been damaged and sent for repair so we didn’t think we’d have it. However unbeknownst to me Ben had collected it at midnight the night before the party and surprised us with it in the day !! I can’t recommend this company highly enough, will definitely use them again. Thanks for everything Ben xx
