What happens if it rains on the day of my party?
Safety is our priority. Most of our bouncy castles come with fitted rain covers for light showers. However, if high winds or heavy rain are forecast, we may have to cancel for safety. In these cases, we offer a date change!
How long is a standard hire for?
Our standard garden hires are usually delivered between 7am-11am and collected between 5pm-8pm. For hall hires, we work strictly around your venue times. Just let us know your booking slots when you book online.
Are you insured and is the equipment safe?
Yes! We hold £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Every single inflatable is RPII or PIPA tested annually, and all our electrical equipment is PAT tested. We are also proud members of the BIHA.

Hired these guys for my sons birthday and they were fantastic. They are so reasonably priced, friendly and accommodating and they even turned up to the party before we did to set up. the kids absolutely loved it and kept them entertained for 3 hours. Thanks again

I hired a bouncy castle and soft play for my daughter's birthday. The equipment was great. It was spotlessly clean, great value for money and we were given a really good variety of soft play. The children loved it and will definitely hire again.
