ALL inflatable hire companies are obliged to follow and abide by the following health and safety laws/legislations regarding certain weather conditions:

- We CANNOT hire out inflatable equipment in icy/snow conditions.

- We CANNOT hire out inflatable equipment in heavy downpour rain conditions.

- We CANNOT hire out inflatable equipment in conditions where wind speed exceeds 24mph and as a company, it is our personal preference that we will not hire out any inflatable equipment where wind speeds exceed 20mph.

All staff members of Bump & Jump will be equipped with all necessary tools to measure wind speeds at every hire set-up.

PLEASE NOTE: Bump & Jump reserve the right to cancel ANY and ALL hires if weather conditions listed above present themselves, especially in situations where you may book in advance where the predicted weather forecast hasn't yet been updated by Meteorologists or Atmospheric scientists, or  if/when weather may be subject to change before your chosen date of hire. Please also note that all paid deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Bump & Jump understand this can cause frustration and will always strive to provide their best service. PLEASE BE AWARE that while all paid deposits are non-refundable, we are always willing to compromise and accommodate any change of dates or venues if any weather conditions interfere with your hire and no extra deposits will be charged. We keep a close eye on all weather updates and will keep all of our customers regularly informed, should any changes need to be made.
